Today’s guest is Beth Nelson. Beth is an inspiration and leader for women who are ready to awaken into the fullest version of themselves at midlife and leave a meaningful impact on the world. As a life purpose clarity expert, she helps confused and disengaged women in their 50s and 60s to build the necessary confidence to reinvent themselves and create a life full of passion, purpose and authenticity.
Beth’s workshops, retreats, private coaching and on-line programs have helped over 100 women in the last year to uncover their unconscious beliefs and make lasting change to feel more vital and engaged in midlife and beyond.
Beth created Ignited Women in 2016 to unleash the greatly under-utilized wisdom of midlife women into the world and foster a cultural shift in how they are seen and valued. As a yoga instructor, she has guided hundreds of women to a deeper quality of presence through movement and stillness. She is a licensed Desire Map and Firestarter Facilitator and a 500-hour certified yoga teacher.

Wow! Beth really seemed to be reading my mind. Every point made during was something that I have felt at one time or another. As a divorced woman in my late 50’s I experience these feelings often. Men my age are often interested in younger women so I am quickly “eliminated” . I have chosen to be truthful about my age. I appreciate the message that Beth sends about owning who we are. Along with my own feelings of pride and self-worth, I remind myself often that I am a role model for my 2 adult children and their friends. Perhaps they won’t have to go through an “invisible” stage.
